Toolkit Overview:

Evaluation—whether simple or complex—is important for so many reasons: evaluation helps us learn and grow, both as individuals and as community workers; it helps us improve our programs and services; and it helps us demonstrate the changes that we make in community.

But evaluation is not easy. It takes thoughtful planning and consideration, and an understanding of evaluation practices. This toolkit provides some fundamental explorations of program evaluation, from simple to increasingly complex approaches.
